Returns and Refunds Policy

At AHB Distribution, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in sellable condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Manufacturing Defects

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will inspect it upon return and offer either a full refund or a replacement.

  • In such cases, we will also refund the courier cost.

Courier Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), we will cover the courier fees.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the courier cost will be your responsibility.

Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • If the return is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
